Slowing, Blocking & Not Responding

OS: Windows XP SP3 Untouched Soo, my computer shall run games like, fifa09, mercenaries, cod waw no problem right?
But no, after I play a while, the game starts to have a problem.
This is f*k**g hard do explain, but imagine this:
You are playing COD WAW, and your running threw a desert, you see a enemy right to you, and you move your char to right, you aim it good, and boom, enemy down.
With my problem, your are running threw a desert, you see a enemy right to you, and you try to move your char to right, but it won’t response to your commands, it keeps moving forward, and then suddenly it starts to lean right, but then you are too far to have a clear shot, but then it won’t stop turning right and top of this o clicked to shot like 20 times, and it didn’t do anything. This is what I get in that games, but I get that after play a while, like I got it in COD WAW after I pass all game, and I tried to get all cards, I had 14 when it starts to happen.
Please help me, I don’t want it to happen with Grand Theft Auto IV(my favorite game of all ages)

are you using a wireless mouse/keyboard?
Nop, my mouse and keyboard are connected with cable.
does it happen to anything else apart from COD:Waw? I assume it works fine in other areas -word processing, browser etc
Yes, all works properly fine.
I already uninstall it with a software, I already remove the registry entry from the games, and it keeps happening.
