Skyrim installation problem

Hello everyone. Recently I downloaded Skyrim and I’m getting this error. Please help me out. Thanks

I downloaded the Black box version and it worked fine for my friend since he downloaded the same. Thanks again.

try to mount with Daemon tools, copy all contains on your HDD , disable your AV and setup manually from HDD.
