Shut down

Help!!!!!! All the time I try to covert something to burn it my computer shuts itself down… I ve redownloaded covertodvd again three times and it still does it… It starts off just fine Then I realize The computer is off… Has this happened to anyone else?

Does it shut down randomly at other intervals? Could be a heat issue…what are your specs and temperatures.

It shut down twice yesterday and im sure it was a heat issue but it only shuts off when i convert today it hasnt shut off all day except when i use convert

Out Of Curiosity In The Action Window, When You Open Convertx2dvd, Is The Shutdown Pc When Finished Option Ticked Or Greyed Out??

yup still shuts down and shut pc down was not checked.. help.. is there any other coverter i can use..

I think it is a shutdown virus

When encoding video, the CPU works hard. Maybe it’s overheating and the BIOS shuts down your system.
Install a program like Everest and leave it running in sys-tray.Keep your eyes on the CPU temp as you encode.
