Samsung Phone Help

I have Samsung Chat 335 mobile phone and I master reset the phone and it restarted and now the phone background is black and when I select menu, the screen goes black, is there anything to fix this?

Pull the battery for an hour, and see if this helps, if you can get back into the menu, do another master reset, pull the battery, and see how it works.

Its only been 15mins, how did you pull the battery for a hour and check it ?

i have pulled the battery out last night until today, that will be more than an hour

If you have a sd card pull the card, and did you have this plugged into the PC when you did it, did you do anything or have it plugged into the PC and tried loading and this is why you did the master reset ?

i have the sd card pulled out as well, and when i master reset it, it wasn’t plugged into the pc and the reason why i did the master reset is when i try to edit my sound profiles and set alarms and stuff it restart the phone

Strange. There are a lot of phones that can be hacked, by this I mean the firmware can be reinstalled, I don’t see this with your phone, so if the batt removal didn’t work, try setting it in a container of rice in case it has some moisture in it.
But besides this, there is nothing you can do other then sending it in, unless you have your carrier store close and they have a repair shop.
