RS not working

I checked the main RS help thread, and this problem wasn’t addressed- if it has, please direct me there.
Anyways, I keep entering in the code, and then I keep getting the invalid page. It only actually lets me download maybe 1 out of every 4 tries…
Could this be because I’m at the library, d/ling onto my USB stick? I know that you have to enter it quickly, and it prefers numbers (“0”) over letters…
At any rate, it’s annoying, and sometimes when it doesn’t accept the code, the timer resets to 99 minutes!

I think RS is down at the moment or something because it’s not working for me either.
I can’t even get into their site.
