Rapidshare New Year’s Deal

Does anyone remember what the Rapidshare New Year’s deal was ?
My account is ending soon and I’d usually just get another year. But I seem to remember them doing some kinda New Year deal whereby you could extend your account for another month using only 1000 points, or something like that. If my memory is right and they do the same this/next year I would save month if I opted for the 6month extension now and then used my points on New Years Day.
So is anyones memory better than mine ?
( of course they’ll probably not do it this time, but I can hope )

Nobody knows what they will do this year, it’s not because they did this before that they’ll do this again

If I remember correctly it was 1 month for 3,000 points. But like kidd said no telling what it will be this time, if they even do anything.

It was 3333 points per month extension.
But as said above it changes every year, so just hope, beg, pray, do whatever you think helps best, for a nice deal.

6months ( Euro 30 ) + 20,000pts definately beats 12months ( Euro 55 ) but as you all have said, who knows what they’ll do this time. [Solved]
