Is this a good deal for a PC ?

This is an extreme performance PC in excellent condition, designed for running any game at the highest performance (such a GTA4, Crysis, World of Warcraft). Has a unique water cooling system to prevent the computer from over heating for best performance. It is custom built especially for extreme gaming.
Processor – Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 / 2.93 GHz processor( worth �700 alone)
Motherboard – Abit IN9 32X-MAX Wi-Fi with Nvidia nForce 680i SLI Chipset
Graphics � 2x NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX 768MB 384-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP in SLI Mode (Worth �250 each)
Memory � 4 X 1GB of OCZ NVIDIA� SLI-Ready Edition Dual Channel DDR2, PC2-8500/1066MHz HDD � Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB Hard Drive 7200rpm 32MB Cache
DVD ROM – ASUS
Cooling � Cpu and Graphic cards all water cooled, and memory with special fans. PSU – Hiper M1000 1000W PSU 8x SATA 6x PCI-E – 80plus certified.
Case � Lian Li PC-343B Modular Cube Case � Black. Its custom made water cooling,with fan controller and lcd display, present fan speed and temperature (worth over �200) He says i can have for �450 is this a good deal?

You can get that processor for $125.
The bracket prices are way off and utterly wrong. It’s still a good deal though
It may be worth it but its nowhere near being a high end PC anymore as he has given you prices of what they cost 2 or 3 years ago.
Off the top of my head:-
The mobo is outdated as i7 replaced skt 775 as high end.
The X6800 is old and has been beaten easily.
The 8800 cards are outdated.
DVD Rom not writer
DDR2 has been replaced by DDR3.
I would pass to be honest.
i wouldnt call it “extreame” gaming lol. but it is a good deal.
