Proxy Question PerfectWorld Game

I want to play a new game called PerfectWorld
But however, they only allow people In the Philippines to play it.
Meaning you have to have an IP From PH.
So anyone have some Philippines Proxy’s I can use? or a way to play the game without using a program
Cant seem to find any lolz.
Or at least a better program for proxy’s using Proxy Switcher Pro ATM

Try the perfect world english edition

Other wise even if you get one it will be so slow that the proxy will close before you ever finish
