Problem with IDM resume-ability

I have re-installed windows 7 and installed latest IDM. i have premium account of fileserve,i putted login informtion in IDM and file start download as usual easily…but whenever i pause it, and when i resume it, it start from begining again…….tell me what’s the problem??

Use JDownloader instead.

i think its something to do with the ip coming from either the host or idm not to sure, but its not a major problem, best option to do is when you hit the download button make sure you check the “resume capability” if it says YES then it will resume, and if NO , then find another link, try downloading multiple links rather then a single link..

i have premium account for downloading but it still keep saying no for every file i tend to download…..
