Problem with Flash player or Mozilla

I have a problem with flash player, if I hear any music on youtube when I moved down to wheel up, the music stops by 1 second each time that the wheel moved up and down I do not know why this problem occurs.
i have Mozilla Firefox 20.0.1 my flash player is 11.7.700.169
can help anyone her to slove this problem p.s
the same happens when using chrome

Which wheel you are talking about? Perhaps, try installing Flash Player again?

i have Mozilla Firefox 20.0.1
my flash player is 11.7.700.169
I used those up until a couple of days ago when I installed the latest versions of both and I had no problems at all (Windows 7 Ultimate OS) ………… perhaps Flash isn’t the problem.
