Problem When Running Portal Setup

When I downloaded it, it told me to run setup. It came with many other files that I assume were the game. I ran the setup, it gave me these errors:

Here’s how the folder looks, the folders look like the game and the setup probably just puts them together:

I ran it as administrator (I have Vista, 32-bit) but it still didn’t work. Hope somebody can help me.

Try running RipForGames.bat instead of the setup.
