You could try and run them from safemode. Since only the basic services are loaded, hopefully the malware won’t be.
You could also do it from command line, using a Windows 7 disc or safe mode with command prompt, copy the files from the USB stick to the HDD of the machine (I assume the files you want to run are malware removers?)

Be extremely careful that you get the drive letters and directories correct to prevent you overwriting anything
If you want to be 100% safe, if any of the above let you access the stick, do a 0-bit write with something like HDD LLF Format tool (Google it) on the USB stick/drive to remove EVERYTHING from it

Try downloading kaspersky kav10(freeware)virus removal make it usb bootable and change the boot options on the infected computer to boot from usb. This is a very thorough virus removal and normally only used when a pc is badly infected so it takes a very long time.https://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk

IF you know 100% what’s legit and what’s not on that memory stick regarding .exe files ( a k a programs ) and on the infected computer , I would suggest that you disinfect them both using Dr.Web LiveCD or Kaspersky Rescue Disk ( these are both bootable rescue CDs you will not use Windows ) AND if that memory stick has hardware read-write protection I would advice you to turn that switch ON,just to be safe!

Depending on what programs you’re wanting to run on that computer i’d suggest you burn them to a cd or dvd and use that way. You don’t run from them, but you use cd or dvd so you can install them on computer.
