Some ISP’s provide a web filter. I know Comcast does. You have to log into their site (comcast.com) and go to User & Settings. From there you will see Parental Controls on the bottom left of the page.
If your ISP doesn’t provide this, then you can use K9 Web Protection which is free and is what I personally use.

With K9 Web Protection, you can enable “Force Safe Search” and “Block Unsafe Search” under the Advanced section which will block those various ‘mommy parts’ from showing up in the results.
You can see what exactly they do in the pic below.

I’ve personally been using this for two years and has worked to perfection! The pic below shows the settings I have that has worked for me.

You may want to go under the “Blocking Effects” section and enable “Show Admin Options” in case you get a website that is blocked and you want to override it for 5, 15, 30, 60 minutes or even permanently. This is definitely the best porn blocker I have ever used and I’ve tried many of them in the past. Also, it will auto-update on it’s own. So that’s one less thing you have to worry about.

You can disable the “woof woof” that comes out of your speakers by going into the “Blocking Effects” section of K9 and untick the “Bark When Blocked”.
Not sure why it would block all images from google. It doesn’t do that for me. Maybe you have the block settings on High? Look at my post above and look at the images. Those are what I use and no one’s able to access porn sites and can still view google images (of course with no porn ). You can also add exceptions to sites that would normally get blocked such as WBB in the Web Sites Exceptions section.
