PLease help=How to boot windows from a usb?

I have a laptop and its WRITER was not working.
So i want to boot windows xp from usb.
I have 2 pen drives with 1GB and 4GB
Please tell how to boot from usb.

my laptop detaila are;
Compaq 610 notebook
Intel core 2 duo processor
ATI Radeon HD 4330 graphics card
3GB ram
follow these instructions, its very easy to do, personally I would use the 1 gig usb drive (but you can use both)

i followed this to the letter and created a usb bootable windows 7 disk

When you have the bootable flash drive, by using one of the methods above, stick it in a USB port when the lappy is turned off and change your boot sequence to be able to boot from it.
You can either do this in the BIOS (I think F10 on that one), or some pc’s you can do a one time boot menu by tapping F12 or Esc.

WinToFlash easiest IMO, go download and follow steps.
Plug in USB, restart, at BIOS, change your boot order to boot from USB u created.
