Have the logo on its own layer above your image and use your blending modes .

I tried but because the font is also white it makes it transparent !
The image needs to be a png or other format that can have a transparent background…
The watermark I added at the top is a .png logo found online, added to image, resized, and opacity lowered to around 75%..
If you know the fonts used in the watermark you want to use it wouldn’t be hard to remake it with a transparent background…
When you remake the logo in Photoshop save a copy as a .psd so you can edit it any time you feel the need…
