Photoshop problem

i’ve already reinstall the app but the prob still on..
what i’ve done before is i installed plugins to its directory..
and i also update it..
is that makes the error?
or should i replace the new MSVCRT10.dll…? :

FIRST … backup your registry THEN … create a restore point ..
NEXT :
go here …
read … follow instructions…
shud fix hope this helps..

This is a required file for many plugins – it’s a safe file, not viral.
It’s part of early Visual C programming.
Put it in windows/system32 folder.
