Flaming Pear Flexify installing problem in photoshop cs5

i have photoshop cs5 , and i wanna install flaming pear felxify ….. so have downloaded it ……
i got flexify.8bf file and flexify presets folder …… i copy paste it in plugin folder , not work ……copy paste in pulgin/filters folder , not work .
what to do …… please let me know
