Photoshop -> Dreamweaver
February 5th, 2020
Yeah I’d appreciate this too!
– there’s some in the Lynda tutorial ‘Photoshop CS2 for the Web Essential Training’ but its mainly slicing and barely anything for dreamweaver – not enough to really bother about! You’ll learn about slicing though. I’m just stuck for the dreamweaver bit..
imageready for adobie or fireworks in macromidia will slice and code images for dreamweaver
in imageready let it make a page then cut code out of it, I think, been a while since I did 1
making stretch-able content boxes
quick tut
make table size a % and not a number or leave the field blank
that will make them stretch width & height
thanks for the quick tut!

NO!!!!!
They generate code using tables; awful if you intend to make a decent website.
If you intend to make a really quick one that isn’t going on the internet, that method is fine. If you intend to publish it as a proper website, you’ll need to learn HTML and CSS for a start, then worry about how to slice a site in photoshop.
If you’re desperate to get it done asap, this might help:

Although it will probably be a bit confusing
Hope this helps
