obtaining network IP’s of users on ‘my’ internet

if there is an internet connection, with 6 routers in the building,
you connect to whichever you are closest to,,
how, or is there a way of getting the network IPs of everyone connected to the router?,,,
if so how? i have tried to ping a network IP similar to me but no luck..
thru cmd prompt also btw, not got admin access to the router interface

The only way I know is to login to the router trough your browser..But you need to know the username and password…

try this program to scan your subnet.

first, find what your local ip is
it’s probably something like this
192.168.1.xxx
or
192.168.0.xxx
or
192.168.2.xxx
then replace the last 3 numbers with another number (1-255) and ping all of them
