Normalizing Audio divx files on Dvd-r

August 6th, 2016

so I bought a divx compatible dvd player therefore I can burn 4 or 5 divx movies on a single dvd-r. when I do the sound is messed up. Meaning its really loud on the loud parts and really quiet when they are talking and quiet parts. I have to keep setting the tv volume up and down because its too loud or too quiet.
When I had my old dvd player i used convertxtodvd and was able to put 1 divx movie on a single dvd-r and in convertxtodvd there was an option where I could normalize the sound. This made the sound consistent throughout the movie.
so are there are programs that I can use that would burn the 4-5 divx movie files on to the dvd-r and also normalize the sound as its burning.
any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

That’s not it …
It should be under ‘Audio’ settings..
Also under those audio settings you may be able to set everything to ‘stereo’ rather than ‘5.1 surround’..
Answer #6
Yes I tried it in audio settings. I turned off the surround sound. Its all in stereo
