Is it possible to get files deleted from the recycle been? if yes please tell

Remember if you want to get back files, make sure you do not write more files to that hard disk first.

well the files i wanted to recover are deleted like few months ago :S so im not sure if
i can get them back or not…:/ i will try to use the above
