MX Revolution Problem

Hi, My MX Revolution mouse, is acting up, when I play and when I am just surfing the net…every 2-3mins it stops for 5-6 seconds, then it starts to work again. I installed the program for it, then tried without it and still the same. Also the batteries are completly full.
Let me explain the situation better, when using the mouse it will lock up for about 5-6 seconds randomly every 2-3minutes, when I am playing a game or even when surfing, this is getting really ennoying for me. Anyone know why this is happening and hw i can fix it?

Batteries are completly full, and USB? what do you mean? Another bluetooth Logitech USB? I dont think I have one. :

try plugging it on another USB port Sometimes it might be the USB port problem. And if the mouse is BT u could also try it lets say on a laptop with BT to test if its either the mouse or the reciever (in case plugging it on another USB port doesnt solve ur problem)

I have tried n a new USB port but to no avail….but I will try the laptop today too
PS= This computer is completly new…so nothing is broken on it

Good luck mate If it keeps failing it might be the problem of the mouse/reciever itself. Ive had a few Logitech mouses and the few times they failed on me i got them replaced straight away on the shop and didnt even need to wait for them to go to Logitech. So if the mouse is still under warranty it should be easy to get it replaced

Test the mouse on another computer to rule out the pc..
If the mouse has the same issue on another pc/laptop then you are sure the mouse is faulty.
RMA it to dell
Dell is not an issue.. I love their support (I’m use to the gold support tho :p)
