movie downloads?

does anyone have any suggestions or clues to why this is happening to me?
i tried to get like 4 movies here and they d/l about 20mb of the movie and stop and when i open them in winrar says unexpected error??like the movie wasnt either fully uploaded or something??any help guys

try updating your winrar. The most recent versions got an updated rar compression algorithm that older versions can’t handle and can result in that error
