Microsoft Expansion Web?

Hey guys, I need your help. Yesterday, one of our professor in school open a specific software where you can create website easily. I saw the software name but i forgot it. I think it is Microsoft Expansion web, but when i searched for it in google i can’t find it. Do you know the right name of it?
The thing i like about it is that you can make a website just for a minute or two, because he can make drop down by just selecting a tool.
