‘MeGUI has stopped working’ error

Hello I recently installed a software named megui for encoding movies and stuff.
it was working fine until I updated it. while it was restarting, i got the message ‘megui has stopped working’ and is checking for a solution which never works… the process is killed.

I uninstalled it… restarted the system, reinstalled it, but still I get the same message. …..
I tried the older version of the software which was previously working, its not working either, its giving me the same message ‘megui has stopped working’… I checked threads of similar problems but it didn’t help, hope you don’t mind if I have made another thread.
my system is windows 7 32 bit ultimate
core 2 duo

I am having the same problem without any solutions to fix it. I have tried re-installing as well. I am running x64 windows 7..Thanks for any help from anybody

Uninstall it fully, and run Regzooka or CCleaner to get rid of any crap from your registry, then install the latest version
