Megui error

Just finished my first 300MB movie encode (Observe and Report), so I closed out megui and began raring up that movie. After all of that was done I tried to reopen megui so I could try to make a 300MB movie encode out of The Hangover, but when I opened it up it came up with these errors..
Any help? Thanks

Reinstall it n update the program before encoding something………
Even i got this kinda error once……
