mail sending out emails on its own

I have used:
Avast antivirus
Malwarebytes
Ad-Adware
Spyware doctor.
What else can I do? It seems as if my account is used to spam others or something.
I dont believe it is a hacker as I have changed my password and it is still happening,it sends emails at approx 1 am my time.
get hijack this and after runing post report here or http://www.hijackthis.de/ for an analys best do both

is suspect unless you know more about it I would let hijack delete it but I dont think it is your bot problem

how exactly do you know its sending I get some returned undelivered mails claiming to be from my address but I know its spoofed as they continue when the pc is not on for a few days
Hmm,the only way i can be sure of is that I can see em in my sent emails
Also,I have received a couple of replies for the emails..
if in your sent then yes your system sent them try spyware search and distroy though I dont expect much from it good as it is if malwarebytes has faild to resolve it but worth a try
yeah do you have a home computer with software like outlook or thunderbird, that going have a hack in it and thats why its sending emails make sure to change your password. and see if that makes a differanc, but i dont think gmail is getting hacked.
