I have xbox 360 with E74 error, it had x clamps removed, and is flashed and modded, the case also looks messy, so i can replace with a newer one but my question is, will microsoft check for the x clamps and flashing? Answer #1
It is not illegal to have your Xbox flashed.
but it will void your warranty.
