korean/ japanese movies?

hey ya!! first of i just got back from a new years party….. and im kinda hungry haha but yeah happy new year all But thought i would find a flick and eat a snack before hitting the bed. Then i came to think of a flick i saw long ago. Bichunmoo! haha. It had some korny elements… but also had some beautiful moments. . . .� Then i started wondering…. what movies has there been i havent been told about… And it doesnt have to be japanese or korean…. just happens to be those ive seen that are best…. ill list some favorites ….. memories of a murder (absolute love the movie!) I think the lead actor is great too.- same as in THISRTS, .’
Tell me something. (korean too i think). Another thriller with the “guess the murder theme”. . . . H – Hypnosis. (Gotta love the ending in this one. )… . . Well korea just makes the best thrillers i guess. . . . Into the mirror. (the original MIRRORS watch it. Kicks MIRRORS ass.! )
Bichunmoo (Korean? Has a actor from FRIEND which i love)- Japan however has the sickest horrors.- . . I challenge you… Japan comes up with all the ideas and america tries to remake them

Then there movies like Devilman (which i hoped was cool but the lead actor sucked and the cgi was bad. Best part was a female demon… for some reason her cgi was made much better haha). Twillight samurai.
Tokyo Raiders! (which i gues is japanese and chinese**mandorin?** i guess? Musa the warrior princess. (nice war film). Promise
Princess blade. (which actually can seam like is set in the world of FF7 with the rail road and generators )
Offcourse CASSHERN! Great fantasy movie. no doubt- And GEOMON by the same director. (about the closest i know of a movie set in a world like FF). Japanese theme….
LAST SAMURAI. One of my favorite movies of all time.
”Stratosphere girl” (made by a guy who has only made this movie.-.. watch it. its slow soft and lovely. Cant figure out why he hasnt made more. I absolute love this movie. AGAIN::::::: WATCH IT!.
So yeah… in short from all that…. I love Samurai flicks. But have a hard time finding the good ones.
I like hero like movies like Bichunmoo and casshern. I just dont want them to fly around in trees,. (hidden dragon was cool.) but just cant get the chinese fetish for flying.-). I like Horrors. But not the * blood all over *, but like dark water that lets your mind do the scaring. Dark water has not a drop of blood or anyone getting killed. Stilled the most creepy movie ive seen. Thriller. I love “who is the killer flicks. Ofcourse Se7ven is great there. So is memories of a murder. And that ones is based on a real serial killer :S Then theres the action comedy like tokyo raiders. . . Well the girl was just lovely and the characters where fun. Simple- Big fan of jackie chan flicks too. But need something i havent heard of. So what say you? can you bring me some gold on this quest? And offcourse you have a flick that wpuld suit me from other places then just tell me… But think its because i like the world on that side of the world, so i enjoy these movies a bit more… yeah sounds silly but thats the way it is. So yeah…. Bring it! .
And watch Stratosphere Girl. haha its nice
EDIT.- Oh and Takashi Beat in Brother…. First class movie right there. .. recomended if you want a “gang / Mafia ” movie…. Sweet as hell

watch Tokyo Story/Tokyo monogatari. Its an old one (1950’s)

uhhh thats some old stuff huh. . . allways had a hard time watching black and white movies. (Looses some energi) But ill give it a try. Seams people really like these.
