K-lite Codec pack + CoreAVC

Heya.. i have k-lite codec pack installed (3.65f, version which still contains coreavc, old version). They removed coreavc on the succeeding versions.. I wanted to know, if i could still install a separate coreavc, when i still have K-lite codec pack?
would it have conflicts? thanks..

no, if you disable ffdshow for h264 as in the picture:

then coreavc must be handling h264 already
