ITunes.MSI error

Trying to install the new version of iTunes and when trying to i keep getting this msi error. I am unable to remove the odd itunes to install the new, anyone know ways around getting this problem resolved. I have installed and scanned with registery fix but gave up 400+ errors and fixed them but still no joy to the itunes problem.

You don’t say what the exact error is that you get (which would be useful) and what version of Windows ?
Try Microsoft Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, and remove any Apple products (eg. Quicktime, iTunes) – you won’t lose any data. Then go back to the iTunes site and redownload & install it.
