do people have a better suggestion
Absolutely ridiculous for the price. BestBuy sucks.
Use Newegg or something to pick and build your own.

It will be customized to your needs, and still save you some dollars.
I bought a Cyberpower PC before. It gave me BSODs until I had to update the drivers. (Crappy move on their part) Was my first Gaming PC too, but it lived its moments…
What I’m saying is, Cyberpower or ibuyPower PCs are a gamble, and tend to be overly expensive. And by gamble, I mean it could be a faulty pile of parts if it doesn’t work properly. They have a rather horrid reputation…
But eventually, I moved on and bought several computer parts and a case to build my own PC. Runs a lot faster and smoothly now, after reading a couple of tutorials. Cheaper too.
yes build your own save more $
never buy prebuild PCs
They don’t even mention the power supply..So it could be a piece of crap.
I’d say you would be better off with an i7 2600k CPU and a Z68 mobo.
the places that do the custom build pcs are bigger rip offs than best buy. I dont have the time to built a pc from scratch and go through the hassle of ordering parts online and shipping and the other stuff. Need something powerful and fast. now I might build one. What if I decided to build one with equal specs how much do people reckon it will cost

Considerably less, with and without the rebates. Of course, you could bump things up for more performance; I’ve left a $500 leeway.

Total: $1524.91
Total after MIRs: $1474.80
It would be nice to order online but heres the thing what if they put faulty parts in it or something doesnt work then I got to deal with sending it back and all that ~lol~. Any good trusted sites people have actually used and satisfied with

The thing is, you assemble it yourself, that is the point of customising.
There are dud components out there, its possible when building your own.
However the warranty is fine, so there isn’t much to worry about.
every way you turn you get ~censored~ heee look at all these complaints people have

Find me something that doesn’t have a complaint made about it. Newegg’s customer service has been generally good with their 1-month warranty. If you don’t have the time to assemble a computer, I’m sure you can pay someone near you to assemble it for you (it’ll still be cheaper than that pre-built).
What kind of local computer stores do you have near you?
They are more expensive and bigger ripoffs, I went to one of the stores a couple of years ago my power supply went out on my previous computer they charged me 85$ for a used cheap power supply ebay had them $25. I might just order the parts from different places and just assemble
No, not worth it. It’s much cheaper to build one yourself OR have a local computer store build one for you.
As the others said the bestbuy is ripping you off.
Tell us how much you have to spare for a new pc,
and we can help you out.
I got $2 k
Definitely go with NEWEGG their customer service and RMA process is simply awesome. about 4 months ago I built a new rig from newegg parts and recently went to cyberpower and other custom pc site and selected all the same parts of my new system and I saved over $1000 by building my own.

any good pc is worth a bit of trouble lol. tiger direct is a very decently priced place for building your own pc or buying a prebuilt one. just as with anything as expensive as what your buying be sure to get extended warranties. i bought my current pc from them and then just upgraded when i had the money. theyre awesome at helping and explaining options and very fast phone respoonse when needed. just dont let em suck you into buying there pc tune up. its trash and ccleaner does the same thing lol
get computer parts from newegg and watch youtube videos on how to build a computer. it aint rocket science
if all else fails surely you know some1 who can build a Pc for you.
I gotta agree with everyone else. A self build computer is an investment. Don’t blow the whole $2000 in one go. You’ll need some cash to maintain & upgrade in the future. If you build it yourself it’s time consuming & hassle and you’ll need to research to learn specs etc but well worth the money.
I can build it myself aside from the motherboard programing I am familiar with everything else. Ill start ordering parts thanx guys
