Is there anyway to recover deleted messages on iPhone ?

Hi guys , I really need ur help ! I deleted some messages on my iPhone 3G ,a long conversation , i deleted it accidently but I would like to have them back ?
Is there any way to recover the deleted messages or are they gone ?

Did you made backup? If yes maybe those messages are still there.. If not.. you are SOL!

Ever heard for iTunes? iTunes backup? No? You have iDevice and have no clue about it?! Nice…

No backup = No recovery!

Every time u connect ur iPod touch/iPhone/iPad to iTunes. iTunes makes a backup.
Is that correct woot ?
