Ipod iphone itunes

can anyone help me with this?
My son has an ipod
i have an iphone
we have 1 itunes account
My son has a couple of apps on his ipod that i like
Do i have to buy them again or is there a way that i can also put them on my iphone

1. Make different account (if needed because of Sync etc)
2. If he bought ’em (apps) from that account then you can use ’em too (apps are related to account ID)
3. Also you can download those apps from ApptrackR (if your iDevice is jailbroken) so no need for anything else
