Internet not working – a router issue?

I was using a PS3 Media Server to stream videos to my PS3 to watch on TV. This used my router. However, my internet would not work and Internet Explorer would say “This Page Cannot be Displayed”. Does a PS3 media server using the router cause interference and disable my internet?

Normally it shouldn’t be. What happens after you disable your PS3 Media Server? Does it work fine?
