Try to set your DNS servers to something other than that. Try OpenDNS, its free and pretty kick ass.
http://www.opendns.com/
The tutorials there are easy to follow, anyone can do it.

Your ISP probably provides you with that DNS. If you don’t know if they do, call them. If that is your ISP’s DNS server then it should probably work again soon; they are probably doing maintenance or something.

Contact Your IP and ask them about this problem

Place this into the browser & the router page should appear: http://192.168.1.1/   [NOTE]-this may differ depending on the type of router used... ALSO - A sm screen may appear "the the authentication page "requiring you to insert your router password (if you have one).
Choose your router: HERE https://www.opendns.com/start/router/
Video Tutorial_HERE “Take a few minutes to watch our step-by-step video on getting started with OpenDNS”. Note: This is a Nice Video / Audio for set up of openDNS.

Yes, Lancer basically laid it all out for you. That’s all you need to do. After that, you should not get any DNS problems. OpenDNS is a great service, and they haven’t been down for me ever..
