Installing directx and frameworks after installing game

Hi i just got my new MSI Laptop GE620DX running wnidows 7 64 bit.
after installing football manager 2012 i askes me to install directX and NET frameworks 2.0
First i get the error: Unable to execute file: C:/program files (x86)/SEGA/Fpptball manager 2012/directx/DXSETUP
CreatProcess failed; code 740.
and the error after that.
Unable to execute file: C:/program files (x86)/SEGA/Fpptball manager 2012/directx/dotnetfx.exe
CreatProcess failed; code 740.

when i try to start the game it crashes just before it get to the start menu.
help is very much apprisiated

Try installing both Directx and Frameworks manually.

Always is the best to install it manually, this will be enough:
DirectX:

Net Framework:

i have done that, allthough it wasent frameworks 2.0. but frameworks 4. is that the same?

when i try to install DirectX it wants me to pick a land pick that loaction to excratc the files. i make a folder in programfiles and select that in the installer but i get the error. ” that folder is invalid please make sure that folder excist and i writeable”
Can anyone help me out ?

Create new folder on desktop – browse for that folder – unzip – run setup from that folder.
