Installation of saints row 3 without steam

i bought this game with a legal key but this is a steam version and i dont have internet connection to install this game i am using my mobile GPRS but the speed sucks.so,is there a possibility to install the game without steam or plz give me your suggestions……
you need the CD/DVD for the game.
so that you can install it,
then use your mobile GPRS when it comes time to install updates through steam
