saints row 2 help

right i dowloaded saints ro 2 and it works fine till its at the mail menu and i hit new game theres the pic

yea!!! you need the proper version!!!
same error happened to me… this is bcoz of extracting files… the total game size should be like 7.XXGB… Check for your game size!!!
