Instaling cracked apps on Ipad

Hello guys, I got my Ipad 2 on xmass and just recently dared to jailbreak it. Cydia is fun and all but I was expecting smthing else then an alternative version of Apple Store.I simply want to install *.ipa games and apps for example for warez-bb on my device but I cant seem to find a way to do it. Can yall give me a hint on how to do it, maybe rec me some app for it I dont know. I shall be mighty thankfull for ur help.

Install AppSync and then simply drag n drop IPA’s in iTunes then hit SYNC
