Instal Windows XP via pen drive?

I have 8gb pen drive and i also download a copy of windows xp iso format how can i install it into usb drive any easiest method would you i try some but didn’t work for me quit complicated that was.
Please help me.

I know there are a good few programs that can do this the one i used was called flashboot it worked well.

I used UltraISO to do it. First you go to File -> Open and open your .iso of Windows. Later go to Bootable (3rd from left) – Save image (or something). You’re putting it into your pendrive and later just press a button while booting computer to boot from pendrive and viola.
