IDM rapidshare account locked?

Anyone use IDM with rapidshare? I had my account locked yesterday due to “using a program which damaged our infrastructure by accessing the servers too frequently in a short period of time”.
I used to use Jdownloader, but switched to IDM due to some other problems. Bit scared to start using IDM again incase my account gets re-locked. Bit annoying as I’ve got half of a 50gb file downloaded in IDM!
Can anyone suggest any settings within IDM that may have been causing the problem?

Go to Options > Connection, and reduce the “max connection no” to as low a number as possible. (I personally keep it at 1, theres a slight speed decrease, but, it doesnt matter that much to me).
