I download whole albums only to find the folder to be empty

I have been downloading albums from the site but recently I keep having the same problem. I will download an album and it will take around the usual amount of time. However, when its finished downloading and I extract the file with winace there is always 1 song, 2 songs, or the folder is empty. I tried just opening it on winace to see the contents on the folder before I extract it and the full album is not there. Does anyone know why this is happening? and more importantly, how can I fix it?

Maybe change to WinRAR. Could be a problem in Winace

try Winrar, and maybe the files was hidden?

i reckon try winrar.
sounds like this other program doesnt work correct!

If they was hidden, Open the folder > Tools > Folder options > View > Show hidden files > Apply > Ok
