I dont have pic on movie when play on BS player!?

Can some1 tell me why the hell i DONT HAVE PICTURE on 1 movie???
I got 40 movies on HDD,dowlnload this 4 yers old and when start every other perfect play,everything even newest 2011 movies,when i start this1 got only AUDIO,no VIDEO,i think how the pics go somewhere down in right corner and gone….dont know what to do!
Any1 know??

Sounds like a codec issue, or possibly a bad/corrupt download. You can use VLC media player, it comes with all its own codec’s. Or you can try K-Lite codec pack and MPC. If all else fails, re-download the movie, preferably from a different source.
