I changed the game resolution to high how can i change it?

first im sorry about my English sh is not very good
OK so i play saints row the third and i changed the resolution too much so right now i cant see anything
how can i change it back?
im new here so if i broke one of the laws im sorry

There has to be a configuration files, like a .ini or something.
Normally you can just delete that file, and it will load with default settings and rebuild the file on next game start.
Never played that game, but I am sure you can Google it up no problem.
