I don’t think you can. The way PayPal verifies your account is they make two small payments into the bank account of your choice, you then have to contact your bank to see the amounts of those payments then post them back into PayPal to verify. Verification also gives PayPal access to your account if needs must.

Well, you must have any of them, if not any suggested method would be black-hat, and not advisable.
You should check your elder members of your family, friends to use their bank account.
