But this word “verify” on paypal means that they want your account to be hooked up to another account and if there is such a thing as “Virtual Credit Card” then it must have to hooked up to a bank account. So why not just use a regular credit card from the bank that you are using.

ok, i cannot help you with virtual card. but here in america we have pre-paid credit cards that can be used when opening and activating a paypal acct.
look into that.
