How To Setup Media Player To Listen On Bluetooth Headphones?

How can I setup/connect my media player so I can listen to the music and videos on it using Bluetooth Headphones utilizing some kind of Bluetooth transmitter/adapter? Also, any recommendations for what Bluetooth transmitter/adapter I should get?
Optical is the only jack in use. All the other ones are available for use.

You just need a cable with headphone plug on one end and red and white RCAs on the other to plug into the audio of your player.
