Uninstall with Your Uninstaller or with Revo Uninstaller, then clean registry with CCleaner and you are good to go!

Use Your Uninstaller to uninstall Photoshop CS5 and it will clean the registry for you as well or use CCleaner to uninstall Photoshop CS5 and clean the registry yourself

Download this version of Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended and inside it, it should have a removal tool that will clean all Photoshop CS5 files and then use the installer to install Adobe Photoshop CS5, inside the folder it should have Keygen and Instruction files

I think you can delete the registry manually by going Run > Regedit and then search for Adobe Photoshop files
