How to remove DRM from rented ebook?

Have Calibre and DeDRM, but it will not convert any rented ebook to another format. Does anyone know what application can be used to do that? It’s in an azw format, and I’m not worried about extending the time is it rented for, all I need to do is get it on a non-kindle device.
Any help is greatly appreciated
